Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Spain (mainland): 24–72 hours from dispatch

  • Balearic Islands: 2–5 days

  • Portugal: 2–4 days

  • Rest of the European Union: 3–7 days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the courier and the destination.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

Free shipping and occasional promotions may be available and will be clearly indicated on the website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • A tracking link or tracking code

  • Courier company information


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may request a reshipment upon payment of a new shipping fee.

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded once the order has been shipped.


Undelivered Orders / Recipient Absence

If the carrier returns the package due to recipient absence or failure to collect the order within the specified timeframe, you may request a reshipment by paying a new shipping fee.


Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • High demand

  • Public holidays

  • External logistical issues

  • Customs (for international shipments outside the EU)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Damaged or Opened Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or you suspect it has been tampered with:

  • Take photos of the external and internal condition of the package.

  • Do not dispose of the packaging.

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours at info@sennude.com so we can manage the issue with the courier.
