Refund Policy

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This policy includes the mandatory right of withdrawal under European Union law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unopened, unaltered, with all protective seals intact, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Opened, tested, or tampered products will not be accepted for hygiene reasons.

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
The cost of this label is a flat fee of €3.50, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care or cosmetic products that have been opened or tampered with (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you received first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Right of withdrawal (European Union)

If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unopened, with the sleeve and original packaging fully intact.
You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If the product does not meet the return conditions (opened, tampered with, missing packaging, broken sleeve, etc.), we will notify you by email.
You may request that the item be sent back to you, subject to payment of a new shipping fee.
